Dear Sir, after going through with your facts mentioned above. I want to know the stage in your divorce case. if you had already settled the issues with your wife by paying her Rs. 10 Lakhs then it is advised to go for mutual divorce and you and your wife must mentioned it clearly that she will withdraw all the cases against you with immediate effect and make this condition as a condition precedent. Now a days, the Courts are very lenient to give divorce at first stage when the Court see that there is no possibility to settle the dispute between the parties and no hope is there that both will live peacefully in future. once you and your wife make the mentioned in the mutual petition of divorce, the above clause, then you can use it in other cases also and if your wife cannot withdraw those cases then you may go to contempt of court also. There are many remedies available to you at every stage. these are only some. Hope it will help you
