recent question on Wrongful Termination
QSir, Ive been employed as a contractual staff by a govt of india undertaking autonomous body. The govt agency is the principal employer, and the labour contractor pays my salary on service charge basis. Since the govt firm failed to pay minimum wages and shifted the schedule of employment so as to reduce the wages, i raised the issue with labour department. In addition, i also communicated this issue to our head, following which i was terminated from job. What should i do?
