- Cancellation can be requested no later than 24 hours before final Delivery Time/ Appointment time.
- There will be a nominal deduction (20%) in the amount refunded, payable towards online payment processing. This deduction is to meet the operation expenses.
- Money will be refunded to your account within 15 business/working days from the date of cancelation.
- Click on “Register”.
- Enter your Mobile Number and select a password of your choice.
- Click on “Send OTP” (OTP- One Time Password). You will receive a SMS with an OTP on the registered Mobile number. Once you verify the OTP and click on “Sign in”, your profile will be created on our website and App.
- You can update your profile and then click on “Save”. After which an email will be forwarded to your registered email id for the verification. You need to click on Verify button in the email and your profile will be visible on our website and App.
You can login into your lawyer’s account and by clicking on “My Bookings” option, you can check if there is any appointment or not. You can also check the Query of the client and can reply to the same.
